At Sikma Sports LTD we value our customers’ satisfaction when it comes to purchasing our products. The item which is bought can be returned within 30 days, which means that after day 30 no refund or return request would be accepted.
Return Manageability
Your item must be unworn/unused, with tags, in the packaging that you received, to qualify for a return. Even in this case, you will need to submit the receipt or confirm the order.

Once your return is accepted, complete detailed instructions on how to return the package to us will be given to you. All returned items are to be at the cost of the buyer, please also be advised that items that have been returned without getting return instructions first will not be accepted.

Reminder of Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are some particular types of items that cannot simply be returned such as anything made to order or items such as flammable and toxic items. We ask that you contact us in case of concern regarding your particular item.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To get what you need faster, the best option is to return the item that you have, and then make a new order for the item that you want to buy. When the return is accepted, let it be known that it will be done as a one-off purchase.
Refund Policy
As soon as we receive your return and inspect the goods, you will be informed. After receiving approval, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. However, please be aware that, it might take the issuing bank or credit card company some time to reflect the funds.

Expenditure on Return Shipping
It is important to state that the buyer is held responsible for covering any return postage. There is no surcharge for restocking by Sikma Sports.
